Qingdao Xinguangzheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 and is located in Pingdu City, Qingdao, Shandong Province. It covers an area of over 200 mu (approx. 13.3 hectares), employs more than 1,000 people, and its products are sold in over 100 countries and regions worldwide, serving over 10,000 customers. The company was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) in 2015.
Xinguangzheng continuously deepens its expertise in the steel
structure industry, forming an integrated system for steel
structure applications and equipment , centered aroundsteel
structures. The company holds numerous qualifications and
certifications, including: Grade I Professional Contracting
Qualification for Steel Structure Engineering; Grade
I Qualification as a China Steel Structure Manufacturing
Enterprise; Grade II General Contracting Qualification for
Construction Engineering; Grade II Qualification for
Building Curtain Wall Engineering; Grade II Qualification for
Waterproofing, Anti-corrosion, and Insulation Engineering; Grade II
Qualification for Building Decoration Engineering; ISO14001
Environmental Management System Certification; ISO45001 Occu
pational Health and Safety Management System Certification; and
ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification. It also holds
certifications and maintains production systems compliant with
American, European, and Russian standards for steel structures.
With
integrated full-chain capabilities encompassing design R&D,
intelligent manufacturing, and engineering management, the company
provides global customers with high-standard steel structure
system solutions.
Building on years of accumulated technical expertise, the company has obtained an Engineering Design Qualification Certificate and established an independent design institute. This institute comprises a high-caliber professional team that covers multiple fields, including planning, architecture, structure, electrical and photovoltaic (PV) systems integration, interior design, BIM design, engineering cost, and consulting services, providing full-lifecycle technical support for project implementation. In the field of technological innovation, Xinguangzheng has presided over or participated in the drafting of multiple national and local standards, holds nearly 100 patents, and has been honored with the "High and new technology enterprises" certification.
The company operates 12 professional steel structure production
lines. Each production line is equipped with advanced domestic
machinery including laser plate cutting machines,
intelligent profile cutting machines, intelligent profile scribing
machines, welding robots, laser tube cutting machines, large
bending machines, box girder automatic production lines, welded
H-beam production lines, automated assembly-welding-straightening
production lines, and automated spraying lines. Its annual
production capacity reaches 150,000 tons. The company has the
capability to process light steel structures, heavy steel
structures, large-span truss steel structures, bridge steel
structures, high-rise and super high-rise steel structures,
large equipment steel structures, and spatial steel structures.

The company has built a backbone technical team composed of elites in various fields such as architecture, steel structure, electrical, planning, etc., and has BIM 3D model establishment and management application of technical strength, can undertake light/heavy steel structure, bridge steel structure, long-span space steel structure, multi-high-rise steel structure, shaped/grid and shaped/grid structure universities and scientific research institutions have established cooperative relations, and in recent years, they have developed and innovated "anti-cold bridge link technology research and development" and "replaceable assembly after earthquakes.
